The problem there is that the Winter market is usually pretty sparse, it’s a big ask on Monchi.

So we have told Barcelona that we don’t want Luuk de Jong back in January and they have to keep him for the full season.

Yeah Giovanni Simeone is on fire at Verona this season. He is a decent player and not necessarily a pure nr. 9 - so he could fit in well here. Why not?

On loan at Verona though, owned by Cagliari so not sure we could get a deal before next Summer. 9 goals in 11 games though is not bad at all.

Dream striker signing for me is Vlahovic from Fiorentina. Still so young and such a talent. Don’t know how much he would cost(Might be out of our range) but I think would fit in nicely here in Jan or next summer.

Yeah if we wanted Vlahovic we had to make work of it this summer or earlier, its way to late now and at this point we can’t compete for him realistically. Unfortunately indeed, coz he’s brilliant.
