Just get rid of Jordan before anyone else.

Whoever may be interested in JordƔn is probably waiting till the end of the window to get a better deal due to his high salary.

There’s also reports of Ocampos gaining interest from Monterrey — who already have Ɠliver & Tecatito. Reported fee b/w €6-8m.

I read the transfer window in Argentina closes on August 22. So we’ll know sooner or later.

AcuƱa deal is going through but the Stuttergarters have withdrawn their interest in BadƩ.

I suppose we could phone Sergio Ramos and just use Nianzou and MarcƔo as backup.

Marcos Alonso, Juan Bernat?

Javi Galan?

These guys played a combined number of 15 matches last season. :skull:

And apparently we can’t afford GalĆ”n’s wages, so that deal is off.

I’m seeing Alex Telles’ name floating around, and a 20yo named Larios from Southampton.

I think Reguilón would be suitable competition for Pedrosa.

don’t give me hope

Sorry, but it will be a Reguilón type of loan deal. We’re going for ValentĆn Barco, 20yr Argentinian left-back from Brighton. No signing option, just a straight loan.

Any word on the financials for the AcuƱa sale?

Probably the worst possible option and deal, as expected.

Orta’s IQ somehow goes missing when it comes to defense reinforcements.

Seems like Pedrosa will be the main protagonist at LB, and that’s ok - but he needs serious competition or he’ll stagnate. And it’s not like he is a key player or something… pretty average until now imo.

TM had 2.5 million yesterday when I updated the roster post.

It’s a shame. I really liked AcuƱa, he was one of my favorite players. Shame he couldn’t stay healthy. Because when he was fit, he was one of the best left backs in the world.

AcuƱa’s departure is a heavy one, he was probably my favourite left back. I saw Ā£2 million from FotMob initially, but they’re now saying he left on a free. Getting Ezequiel Barco will hopefully be good as a dynamic set of young legs, but as there’s no hope of keeping him, he’s purely a stop-gap signing.

Comically, our buy option was at 20 m €, which I think we all knew made no sense for Sevilla. At ~10m, I’m unsure if it could have been a useful signing for our midfield, but generally speaking don’t feel like we’ll miss him that much this season.

Rumors that Ocampos may be heading to Mexico. That one would stink this late in the window.

Ocampos supposedly gave his okay to Rayados. 7 Mio

If this doesn’t mean we’ll get 1-2 more players (a CB at least), we might as well not continue with the season at all.
