I donāt think itās a bad deal. Gudelj and Pozo are both useful players, but not real sales value. Itās basically covering the gap with spare change to get a deal which I donāt mind.

Atletico aiming very high, so looks like Rafa Mir is falling through to the next platform. Being second choice doesnāt feel that good but I think we are still having multiple lines hanging out in the water. Of which one (if not two) will be secured before the 1st of september.

Would be a big signal if we manage to pull him in, the amount of options he has to choose from are plenty. Its still quality that played at the absolute top of football for a decade.

How do we feel about Rafa Mir?

I think Rafa Mir can find a good place in the team. I imagine they plan to put him behind En- Nesyri. But purely in the box I do think he has more room to grow than Youssef. So it will be a good competition and offer a different style depending on the game. If our team flows nicely around him, I can potentially see him be a 30 goal scoring pichichi winner. Style wise a bit like Negredo, not yet there but he can grow. I can see it pan out well.

Yeah Iām definitely excited by the potential signing. Our rivals atletico want him too as well as other top European clubs. That shows the quality he possesses. Itās an exciting signing if Monchi can pull it off.

Yeah Iād be happy with Boateng signing. Heās a very experienced European player and he would make us more defensively secure. I have definitely so far been impressed with the signings we made and these other players we linked with. Letās hope Monchi can get a few more deals done.
I hope we can keep kounde but if Chelsea meet the Ā£80 million price tags then we will probably accept that massive amount but only that much. I guess itās a win win either way because heās going for no less than the maximum.

We have kamara also lined up still as potential replacement for kounde if he goes and maybe boateng will come too.

What a window this has been so far, Rafa Mir has just said his goodbyes to the Wolves, so I guess another small wait for us, for it to become official.
Some other aspect I appreciate of Rafa is that he has the attitude or atleast the impression to eat everthing thats in the way of the goal to hit it, a more dangerous one than for example Luuk who is a heading specialist, but is always bothered and hurt with an complaining expression on his face and doesnāt have the eagerness to go for every duel. This is something iām hoping to see more of as a striker, the type of Rafa, to be the beast defenders are scared of. Our own, more classy, Diego C*sta.

Iāll be disappointed if this means no Tecatito Corona but seeing as heās winger itās a question of money rather than position, if KoundĆ© goes I fully expect Sevilla to splash out. Well, Iām hoping.
