Summer 2020 Sevilla FC Transfer Rumours

Ah damn, I see they were leaking goals. Not sure about how much was his part. Could be a dip and he might be recovering now but an unstable gk that´s not what we need. So yeah maybe not a good idea then. I like to see, one young prodigy (below 26-27 yo) and one stable force to fall back on. If Juan Soriano will be sufficient, I don´t know.

Don’t really like Odriozola anyway. Plenty of RBs in the market.

Read good things about him. Brilliant 1st season, and with a very good defense team.

This could be interesting, but also risky. Although i agree a fresh face could be good. He’s seen success at club level, so in a way it’d be less risky than Sampaoli.

The one positive from Lope is that it seems he has good contacts, and has allowed us to get different kinds of players, particularly Spanish ones. Not sure if Reguilón, Óliver and/or Suso would come without him.

I would definitely consider Uğurcan Çakır of Trabzonspor for the goalkeeper department. He has made a good reputation in Turkish Super Lig. He has quick reflexes.
He can prove himself in La Liga if trusted. Okay Yokuslu of Celta Vigo has also played for Trabzonspor and he is now a strong part of his team.

@SurreySevilla just a question. How hard is it for a non-Spanish speaking keeper to slot into a Spanish speaking backline? I’m assuming there is a shit load of communication or should be between a goalie and his backline.

Mallorca tho jezus, can we get one of those too?

En Nesyri, two chances wasted so far…

Set piece goal, terrible goalkeeping from leganes. Córner headed away, Torres with a decent los shot trough the middle. 1-0 up.

Turkish newspaper Fanatik claims that Sevilla is after Celta Vigo midfielder Okay Yokuslu … According to Fanatik Celta has priced him 40 million Euros…

I don’t believe that rumor. Guy isnt’ a star at Celta.

Ever Banega will be able to finish the season with Sevilla. His coach Julen Lopetegui was already optimistic after yesterday’s game and in the next few hours the extension of his contract will be made official. " We are 100% sure that Banega will continue with us, " said DT.

As announced by Radio Marca Sevilla, the Argentine soccer player has trained with his teammates in the gym. Today already July 1 begins their long relationship. The ‘10’ has done its part so that an agreement could be reached between the three parties, counting their future destiny, the Al Shabab of Saudi Arabia

Banega has already had a new 30 million contract in three years with the Arab team, but he has not wanted to leave Sevilla behind, with whom he is fighting to qualify for the Champions League next year.

Well, probably that one goal against celta when he pounced on a mis-control, but he has really looked off the pace after the break, no idea what is going on, might need a full pre-season or even a loan to make him relevant again.

Interested in both, Callejon is 32 but has always given good shifts for Napoli, averaging close to 8 goals and 6 assists each season. Pulgar I’ve wanted since last season, Fior are going nowhere so he needs a new challenge.

Interesting option, River have been dominant under him but Barca may go for him again as Setien is nothing more than a stop-gap and Messi would want to play under an Argentine manager. Then again it’s not the first time Sevilla have landed a decent south american coach, Sampaoli was a pleasant surprise.

He was good at Sociedad but a lack of match experience could have stunted his growth, any decent right backs out there?

I like Dmitrovic as an option, Soria has improved at Getafe but still a bit off the top leagues. Robles is just crap.

Sevilla are going after Okay? Ok… (sorry I couldn’t help myself).

There are always gems in Ligue 1 like Kenny Lala, Youssouf Sabaly, Bouna Sarr. I like Danny Da Costa from Frankfurt. He’s taller too, which would help us defend those backpost headers. The Jesús Corona (Porto) rumours had me curious, cause he’s been playing mainly as a RB this season, although capable of playing on both wings.

It might be tricky. Cause Navas is showing no signs of slowing down. Perhaps we get a RB who won’t mind starting off on the bench, and gradually get the starting role as the season progresses.

Reported offer by Sevilla for central defender Senesi, Argentinian but with EU community passport. ~€15m.

I’m not so sure about Carlos Fernandez, he seems to have gone off the boil again, and I’m sure Granada would like to extend the loan, so what do we do with 30 year-old Luk de Jong?

Send him back to PSV in a deal for Donyell Malen.

I don’t want to give up on En-Nesyri. I remember Negredo having moments where he was terrible and wondering how we’d move on from Fredi & LuisFa. But look how he ended up.

I still feel we need an established striker to lead the line for CL team next season. De Jong & YEN / Carlos F.dez wouldn’t cut it for me. I’m not sure if Schick is the answer either. He’s very talented, but what if he doesn’t hit the ground running?

Is it too ambitious to go for 33yo free agent Edinson Cavani?

If Carlos gets an extended loan, that‘s still fine. But we can’t have both De Jong & YEN on the same team when neither can be relied upon. Either YEN goes on loan as well, or we transfer out De Jong.

Great player and would love to see him rampaging through the middle and scoring, but these guys usually want a two year deal and that makes him 35. La liga also regulate the payroll top line, another limitation.

The centre forward debate should include the guarantee of goals metric, the Ben Yedder factor. Could Munir do that? Or more importantly, would it ever occur to Lope? Is it within his capabilities? He said it was, quoting him “good managers can play any system, and good players can play in any system”

In my opinion put him up some make up, make him look pretty as best we can and put him on the vending block. If we get close to the the money we bought him for, done deal on my part

He started off looking like a clown what I heard from Dutch talk shows but he made them eat their words. And was a steady force for Feyenoord towards the end. 15 million I don’t know tho. I feel it’s a couple millions to much, but in current market values, I question that many times so it might be okay. But that would be a sign we are loosing either Kounde or Diego Carlos sadly…

Munir really broke through this year for me. In last week’s on the ball he played so well. With subtle movements turns, breaking enemy ankles. His Finishing as well of course. But in a great season I see him as a player with like 12 goals or so. In a well oiled team where he gets starting spots weekly.

In think for a centre forward. You should count on something close to 20 goals in a season. And yeh think a little bit more in depth instead of buying low league strikers way to much risk in that.

We bought Ruscescu that one time lol, he scored 30 plus in Romania xD

Yeah I like Cavani a lot, in the field a monster, outside a humble soft spoken guy. A friend told me to watch some interviews won’t lie it surprised me a bit. We can only offer so much tho, so he will need to like our club and plan he can easily get triple the cash in China
