Summer 2020 Sevilla FC Transfer Rumours

A bunch of Reguilon rumors out now for almost every EPL team.

Gnagnon (among others), was not invited for the preparation camp where we’ll play the two friendlies vs. Levante and Bilbao. It is logical to assume that he is not in Lope’s plans. A pity, really. I rate him way more than Sergi Gomez, who ended up on the travel list by the way. If we keep Kounde and Diego Carlos (quite likely), then Gomez is ok as a back up, although I’d prefer Gnagnon as a back up more.

I’ve read Kounde stating that he will stay for at least another season not long ago. Barca is reported to be after him and want him at all costs - not a good sign. I’d rather have Diego Carlos go than Kounde. Or even better, none of them!

İnter have captured Aschraf Hakimi from RM for a fee of nearly 50 million Euros.

Looking at those numbers, our budget seems quite low to match big boys of Europe.

And the fact that we grabbed the UEFA Cup from the hands of these giants was quite a miracle.

Well this seems to settle the Reguilon question.

Yeah most of the time he is pretty right on those cases through his contacts.

Well Villarreal has a good one too, interesting to see the comparison for both teams.

From what i can see, AcuƱa only has an Argentinian passport, and will occupy 1 of 3 non-EU spots. We already signed Bono, so either DC or YEN will be transferred.

Please make the right call Monchi. :weary:

Oh no

En Nesyri it is, I think the teams in the run for Diego Carlos won“t pay the money we aim for so we won“t let him go for less than 60m, which nobody will pay.

En Nesyri is a usefull striker for plenty of teams, mid table la liga, or I see him work in Italy or France too. If we loan him out, we are okay according to the rule?

It’s sqaud registered players that count. So if one went on loan they wouldn’t be registered in the 25 man sqaud.

How come Bono has not qualified for Spanish passport already? As I could see, he was at Atletico Madrid B since 2012. I think there was a 5 year living rule or something for Spain, has it changed?

Mudo likely to join Lazio for €6-8M. They have quite the forward line there already. And @ShendM they recently added ya boy Vedat Muriqi. Glad to see him in a top league.

I know Monchi and his scouting team have one of the most in-depth scouting systems around, but sometimes their decision-making could be better. Sevilla entered this post-season having some well-known areas that needed backup, namely both wingback positions, striker and preferably backup for the center backs and central midfield.

So far they’ve signed rakitic to replace Banega and Oscar to probably replace Mudo, then sat on their hands hoping Reguilon would come back again, yet can’t stump up the 30m required to buy him outright. Now that Man U have stated their interest in a probably done deal they move for Acuna. All this happened while Pervis Estupinan was available for a very affordable 15m, would’ve liked to see the team move for a younger proven option who’s now gone onto Villarreal. I guess the price could’ve been a factor, if so then please don’t throw 18-20m at Deulofu, especially when the team have good depth on the wings provided Ocampos stays; also no striker has been linked to the club so I’m thinking they want to wing it with De Jong, YEN and Fernandez?

La Liga has already started for other clubs so they need to get things done and fast, I did some searching and found that Lucas Torro of Frankfurt and Rodrigo Battaglia of Sporting could bring some steel to the midfield but now they’ve moved to Osasuna and Alaves (on loan) respectively, so midfield isn’t much of an issue for them then.

He does but Canadian doesn’t count as EU, right? Signing of Acuna could complicate things or mean YEN or Carlos are on the way out.

A decent price for his age, hopefully this sweetens Sevilla’s ties with Lazio in case a future bid for Luis Alberto were to come along.

I don’t know how accurate it is. But they usually are. Football manager 20. Bounou and En-Nesyri are not classed out of the rules. According to the league regulations morocco is classed as one of the included nations.

According to fm20 only Carlos would be out of the included list

But if you think about it. If they had random super copa games their in the passed. Would maybe make sense why they could be allowed as non foreign.

Wow, that’d be huge.

Time will tell. For now, our starting XI looks pretty solid:

EstupiƱan seemed like the best choice, but AcuƱa is more experienced and ready-made. Also itā€˜s reported that Reguilón still wants a move to Sevilla. Imagine having those 2 share LB duties! Lethal.

And i’m sure we all agree here, the CF position should go to CF.

And he speaks good Spanish but with an Argentine accent, somehow !!!

He’s not considered match fit due to not playing since the Spring, Lope wants another look at him when he’s in shape, apparently ???.

Still, I’d have thought he could manage 45 minutes of a friendly and re-integrate with the team.

Alright atleast an end to the speculation, highly suggests that Reguilon“s future is not in Sevilla tho. Hope Marcos fills the gap left behind well, more experienced more mature, and hope he will be a stable force on the left wing, where Reguilon had more spiky performances. Again managed to drop the price a bit, where they were aiming at around 15m maybe even more, it resulted in 10m plus variables always depending but it feels alright I guess. Welcome Acuña!
