If there’s anything to take away from this game, it’s that amazing pass from Gueye to YEN. INCREDIBLE, really. The effort, the skill, the nunca se rinde.
The rest, best forgotten going into the next three huge matches.

Forget Europa league. We have a relegation fight to focus on. It would be devastating if we get relegated! Worse thing at club/city for 20 odd years. Unthinkable but hopefully we just get away.

I think lope would have did a bit better than this personally. Especially defensively. Even with this squad.

I know he’s been gone for some time, but i don’t think that’s the case. Maybe we don’t lose 6-1, but we’d look just as bad, playing like we haven’t got a clue. You saw what Dortmund did to us right?

Lope is going well at Wolves right now. If he’s backed a bit he’s a decent manager. I still felt he was done dirty by the sevilla board. Just my view.
Maybe I’m a bit biased as I like him though. I respect if people think differently.

Great deal of refereeing decisions manipulating the game but that’s no excuse because without a credible performance we make it easy for them. I do believe that we are in the firing line, easy meat and la liga are trying to destroy us but they will not succeed.
If you look at creativity then we really can’t have Rakitic and Jordan there because they have zero creativity, everyon from Bono up can create situations apart from Rakitic and Jordan. The two are a massive zero for the whole team and only serve to put brakes on the transition forward. Suso, like Rakitic is a 10% player, we need to go play with more definition and more ambition.

We rarely had a 6-1 loss with lope. In fact we never got beat like that under him in his 3 seasons at the club in la liga.
