Lewandowski Is a beast. He’s really going to rip up la liga. Him alone will have them pushing Real Madrid to the title.
:poop: on fire! If we lose tomorrow, lope could be fired. Falling 7 points behind :poop: to start season could be fatal. Lope in last chance saloon!
The President has total confidence in Lopetegui so he’s got at least 3 more games which by then might be too late, bye-bye 4th place. I wonder if we’ll see a response in terms of style or will we stick to the robotics.
It’s interesting Tim, and I’ve discussed this with my old man the other day. A lot of times when a sports director or a President backs the coach when things are very clearly going wrong, it means that the end is near.
I hoped for that to be true when Monchi backed Lope at the end of last season, but I think they were expecting the same ol’ this season… and now we’re naturally worse without any signs of improvement.
I mean, what do you expect when you totally stagnate for 2 seasons in a row? A bit naive from the management there, but perhaps they’re more worried about the economics rather than football in this case. That means us fans will inevitably suffer…
Villarreal drop their first points of the season after a goalless draw at Getafe.
Makes me sad seeing Kounde in a Barca shirt! ![]()
Screw him
Barca looked scary tonight. Fear for us against them. Lewandowski already looking unreal.
There was me thinking :poop: were going to get there chance to be clear leaders. Then of course Benzema struck for Real.
It’s very much a case of damage limitation for that game. Same for City game as well.
Also on kounde, he should be whistled and booed every time he touches the ball on Saturday. Although I agree Lopetegui should go soon, it’s unfair to boo and whistle a man who has sticked with us and done his best for the club and then not boo/whistle someone that was begging and pleading to leave for the past few years. And not only he left but he left to Barcelona.
Nope.

That’s just nonsense.
So by that logic, we should’ve booed Dani Alves every time?
We did that enough to Sergio Ramos, enough for all generations to come ![]()
Sergio Ramos deserved it.
I loved when Juan de Ramos and Sergio Ramos came back to RSP with RM and the Biris made a tifo with the words “Un apellido, dos hijos de p#ta” (one last name, two sons of b****es)
I just don’t get why fans insult our own coach who turned down Tottenham in 2021 and showed loyalty, but then fans want to cheer Kounde and buy his jersey after he forced a move to Barcelona.
In a way, I partially agree.
Lopetegui deserves a proper send off, booing him after the good he’s done is unfair. But it is time to go, and it saddens to me to see the Lopetegui era end in this way.
Kounde on the other hand, I don’t think booing him is fair either. He’s young and wants to advance his career. He wanted a move last summer, but didn’t get it. Despite this, he was respectful and remained professional. This summer, he finally got his move, and I can hardly blame him for wanting to advance his career and move to one of the biggest clubs in the world. For the three years he was here, he remained respectful, and even when he didn’t get his way, he didn’t throw a fit.
I wouldn’t buy his Barcelona shirt, but I do hope him the best, (just not for Barcelona)
Somebody is buying a Kounde Barcelona kit?
Steve
Right, @sterusebn Stevillista?
Never gonna let you live that one down
Inaki Williams could miss a match due to injury for the first time since 2016. Wow!
