Bit worried about Jordan with the yellow. I think YEN will be on soon in the second. There were lots of counter options if LDJ and Suso were a bit quicker.

Agreed, not enough pace for the counters with De Jong, and with Bayern pressing so high they leave themselves open to counters, which we should take advantage of, hopefully.

We can’t provide any threats to Bayern on counter or not and it’s the biggest thing to stop us to achieve anything great this season.
So only 3 subs with a 4th if extra time
OMG that was the chance! Navas found himself out in space, lays if off for YEN who was 1v1 with the best GK in the world and the best keeper in the world won out.

We need a new striker, urgently.
En Nesyri totally lost my respect, not for the 1v1, I expected that to happen as he sucks at 1v1 (even though he’s a professional striker), but that case where he decided it was better to shoot from 150 metres than to pass to wide open players in a ideal counter scenario… what a dumb decision, utterly stupid.
He can only win the respect back if he scores the winner tonight or scores 25 goals in the season

Great effort by us! We like the only team to hold Bayern in 90 mins in ages. We could have nicked it but it would have been a steal and half lol.
Still we can be happy and let’s see what happens in extra time. It’s up in the air now. They still favourites but who knows we have a good chance. Vamos!!
