Too tired to celebrate :stuck_out_tongue:

I don’t disagree, I just don’t mind. I find it humiliating for the losing team to be there.

Even more so in tennis when you’re left there by yourself, and have to speak on how you lost.

92 pace that seems about right. With the ball on his feet, skipping past players left and right.

A great podcast mate! This Europa league win is probably the biggest achievement and most emotional one for sure. The connection between the Sevilla players, management staff, sporting director and the fans is very special and unique.

The reason I feel we won the competition was due to that team spirit and never say die attitude. Of course we have the quality too, which you need to win these big matches but the heart and passion shown was the difference in those tight matches. Vamos Sevilla!

A must watch if you haven’t already seen it.

I didn’t get to share the win with you at the time and I’m not going to try and encapsulate how I felt now.

All I will say is this. All those years ago when we beat Real Madrid 4-1 at the Sanchez Pizjuan, when I was fed up of all the Real fan boys who were giving no respect to the ā€œother teamā€ and I decided to support them and have ever since. I could never have imagined what this club would come to mean to me and the effect they would have on my life.

Yes there are the wins like this one that fill you with immense joy but on the other hand there is the sadness and memory of those who are no longer with us to celebrate.

There is the colour, the vibrancy, the pride we have in being built the right way from day one. With youth, sensible transfers and beautiful football.

If you’d have told me all those years ago, I’d be going on a journey of 17 years and have this club become such a big part of my life, I could never have believed you.

And yet, here we are.

Once again, the anthem I learned in Spanish encapsulates what this victory was about.

Dicen que nunca se rinde…

the art of our football was far from unrivalled but when they say this team never gives up, they’re not exaggerating.

Sevillista sere hasta la muerte!
