Thoughts on Sevilla's Title Chances

Here’s the scenario for us to win. We have to win the rest of our games, and have Atletico Madrid fail to win twice, and Barcelona must fail to win once.

We just have to hope that Atletico share points with Barcelona, and Atletico also draw against another team, such as Sociedad .

It’s definitely within reach, closest we’ve been sense 2007

Chatted with some folks from the team (social media guys) this morning. Confidence is high! Seems like good juju around the clubhouse.

Oh, that explains a lot, I thought he was married to Shaqiri

What about Madrid? Other then us having to beat them?

I didn’t think this thread would last to 168 replies but there you go, Sevilla once again breaking the boundaries of possibility.

Yes, I would enjoy that as well.

Madrid can’t handle this Sevilla, only the ref can do that.

Of course it’ll be more a battle against the ref than against RM itself.

I don’t think they’ll rely on a penalty with Bono in goal, the Ref will just stop Sevilla playing, interfere with our forward movements.
[Edit]
On second thoughts maybe it will be a penalty from VAR on a corner, there’s plenty of scope.

Today’s Spanish Papers:
ā€œA crunch weekend in the La Liga title race as Atletico Madrid go to Elche, Barcelona face Valencia and Real Madrid take on Osasunaā€.

No mention of little Sevilla .

The disrespect actually disgusts me. Yeah we don’t have millions of dollars to spend every year but that doesn’t mean we can’t win the league. Geez

Vamos Elche!

Should we be surprised at the disrespect?
