Kanouté in the lead regarding the strikers with 36 points. It is a close battle for second though with Fabiano (26), Bacca (21) and Ben Yedder (19) all within reach as Kanouté’s partner in the attack.
Gameiro (9), Negredo (8) and En-Nesyri (7) are being left behind and then Baptista, Llorente and Isaac Romero with a couple points each.
Just like Navas clearing the table as the preferred winger, so is Unai Emery clearing the table so far as the preferred manager. Getting the maximum of 5 points from each of the MonchisMen that have voted so far (albeit only 9 have done so)
Juande Ramos (25) and Caparros (23) fighting for second place with Lopetegui (18) also in the mix. From there we have a handfull of points down to the next in line being Sampaoli with 9 points. Other names includes Mendilibar (6), Manolo Jimenez (3) Pimienta (3), Almeyda (2) and Luis Garcia Plaza (1).
I actually think the Second Starting XI will be the place where it gets interesting. The starting XI is relatively consensus other than maybe Defenders, but the second string will be a real fight between eras.
I definitely didn’t go with Puerta, in spite of the legendary status, and didn’t go with Javi Navarro because I remember his play driving me nuts during some rough years right before the glory years.
