I think giving Ramos or anyone in their mid thirties a five year contract is ridiculous, especially with Ramosâs high wages. I think we should pass on Ramos then

I agree. At this point in his career heâs a spot starter on a CL team given his injury frequency.

Divock Origiâ> 26 years old, striker, Liverpool have put him on the transfer list
Grzegorz Krychowiakâ> 31 years old, defender, currently playing in Russia for Lokomotiv Moscow. He left a very positive impact whiles he was at the club and will cost around 7 million euros
Patson Dakaâ> 22 years old, striker, hot prospect and has also been linked with Liverpool, Tottenham, and Leicester. He would cost 20 million euros.
Personally, I think we should sign Daka but this would be very difficult considering how many Premier League teams are chasing him right now. Whiles Krychowiak was very good in his time at Sevilla, heâs 31 and getting on in his career, so I donât think it would be the best signing. As for Divock Origi, I donât think he would be too happy moving from the bench of Liverpool to the bench of Sevilla, so I donât think heâll want to sign especially since he knows he wonât start for Sevilla next season.

Agreed. Daka and Krycho sound good⌠not sure about Origi though. Krycho is a starter for Poland and heâs currently playing vs. Slovakia - so I think he has some 3-4 years left in him still, plus he knows the town, the club etc.

That is a very valid point Brett. Spreading it out isnât terrible. I just donât know if it is a smart business or football strategy at this point. Monchi has pretty much admitted that the offer is true, but he played it off that Ramos is trying to stay in Madrid.
If Krycho comes back the hotness level of the Sevilla playersâ wife scale increases dramatically.

About Ramos, I hope we keep his salary and all the extras manageable. Then it all depends on his fitness and mentality to help the team and not be the all demanding superstar.
