How is Suazo the Vice Captain by the way? Surely there is someone a bit more worthy than someone who has not even played 30 games for us and only been here a year. 
My three choices for Captains right now would be…
C - Jose Carmona
VC - Kike Salas
3rd - Isaac Romero

Carmona led the league in yellow cards. Probably not the best choice for captain.
Salas still has the pending yellow card investigation.
Issac isn’t the most elegant fellow in speaking and often gets into issues with rash challenges.
None of those have leadership qualities, imo.

To me it looks like Antonio Adán (who is a free agent), but I couldn’t see that going down well though.
Wouldn’t go down well at all and would signal serious desperation.

Gotta be honest, kind of stumped who should be captain or vice-captain. At this rate Vlacho might as well be captain to start the season.

It’s really tough - I don’t know how Vlacho’s English is. Marcao was a captain last year and will probably assume that role again if he’s on the roster and stays healthy.

The wiki page says he IS the captain, but him getting stripped of a shirt number despite being healthy in the 2nd half of last season tells me he will be moved on if an offer comes. Even when he played he was barely adequate.
I think experience and leadership was on the cards for new signings so Guridi and Iglesias can step up for being vice and 3rd captain, Sangante was also captain for his former club so perhaps one for the future.

It sounds like the nightmare of Rafa Mir has ended. A judge ruled that he could play outside of Spain and it sounds like he has an interested party in Greece with Aris Thessaloniki. He has terminated his Sevilla contract!
