Sounds like La Liga is opening a match-fixing investigation into the Sevilla/Cadiz fixture. Have they not watched any of our other games this year? We just suck.
What’s the accusation with this? Why do they think they fixed the match? I keep hearing it mentioned, but no explanation
The argument by Rayo Vallecano is that because Cadiz is Andalucian, Sevilla allowed them to win the game in order to stay up in La Liga. Of course that wasn’t even enough, but still the accusation was made.
The only thing that it suspicious in that game was missing in front of a wide open goal. But that miss happened to be made by a Cadiz player, it does not fit Rayo’s narrative.
Other than that, we are shit and also had nothing to play for anymore. With that in mind, losing in the last minute against a hyper motivated team is a pretty decent performance…
I think I heard something about Sergio Ramos making comments after the game to the effect that Sevilla wasn’t playing that hard or something like that. Yeah, this one seems pretty flimsy if you ask me…
After losing out on the Superlig title last season Fenerbahce have gone and hired Jose Mourinho. The special one in Turkey will be an interesting watch!
Loved seeing that move. Turkey or maybe Azeri Premier League is about where Mourinho belongs. Maybe Belgium Jupiler on a good day
Beşiktaş is signing Ciro Immobile. Weird to see him leaving Serie A, but he’s 34 now and slowing down I guess.
Apparently Lamine Yamal was baptized by Messi and that is why he is so good. Such a strange coincidence that this is actually him.
Lamela is signing with AEK Athens.

Rakitic leaving Saudi - Fab says he’s returning to Europe
He’ll convert into a trainer in a couple of years.
Yevhen Konoplyanka retired from pro football. I’ll never forget that Madrid game he had at the Pizjuán. And that Villarreal screamer…
You think he’ll come back to Sevilla?
Haha, jk. But then again… I’d take him as a super sub in the midfield if he’s just looking to plan for his retirement in Andalucía
He’s going to
Quite a discrimination from RFEF for not selecting RSP or even Benito Villamarin in the official stadiums for World Cup 2030. Instead, only La Cartuja has been selected from the Andalusian region.
La Cartuja was built for events like this. It’s also a great way for the RFEF to get games in Sevilla without seeming to favor either of the clubs in the city.
Also, who’s to say we’ll even have an RSP in 2030 We could be in the midst of construction then.
La Cartuja and the surrounding areas are getting a major facelift too according to Twitter.
That’s business, they can’t launder money without shell companies doing construction work with lots of cash flowing through, but hey presto, La Cartuja needs repairs and refurbishments, what a coincidence.
