Sevilla FC tried to get the second yellow against Pape rescinded from the discipline body; however, they failed to respond in time, so he will have to miss the match Sunday.
Will be the second weekend match in a row that I watch from the Atlanta airport. Not that I’ve been such there since the Atlético match, just that coincidentally both last week and this week’s matches came during layovers for work trips. Vamos!
Got to watch Sevilla win from a bar in Mozambique last night, surrounded by people more interested in Manchester United, but at least we all were happy to watch Betpiss lose!

Checked both teams squads. They only have 1 player out. We have still a host of players missing with injuries and suspension. We also played a physical match Thursday.
It feels like so much is against us with the added pressure of it being a derby and in the bottom 3. I hope the players can deal with all that and the fans can push them through. Let’s pray and hope for best!

The good news though is there away form is very bad. I don’t think they won away all season. Let’s hope that poor form continues for them.

That midfield and defence still terrifies me. At least we have bade back but on his own he’s not enough to fix us. Let’s hope Almeria are worse than us!
