Give it a shot against Fener then, they’re not the powerhouse of years past but a trip to Istanbul is always tough. If it could galvanise the team then take it as a positive. If not then consider it a swift end to the Euorpa adventure.

Such as making Man Utd players run 14km the day after the match to make up for the difference in the km covered in the thrashing from day before, or locking the players in the dressing room to hear Liverpool fans celebrating after being thrashed by them 7-0. Maybe Samp can take a page out of his book? A 6-1 is a pretty good platform to start.
