Potential banana skin avoided. Massive win! Gudelj was awesome at the last part of the match. He really helped us see the match out. The changes worked too and give us that bit more energy and strength to do the job. Bono was superb again. Our great run goes on. On to Dortmund now. Vamos!
Bono steals man of the match with legendary performance. Iāve got Palop commentating on Moviestar and heās raving about Bono, the other commentator said Bono could stick his hand out and stop a Tram. Later he said Iād trust Bono to look after my niƱos.
Classic 3 points in typical Lope style.
Yep these are normally the toughest games to win when we juggling lots of games and competitions in a week. To still win despite that and kept our first team for Dortmund is a great result. Vamos!
Bono reminds me of palop a bit. An amazing shot stopper and great reactions. Yeah Palop will be proud.
@sevilla_spurs with the stat drop

Missed the match, but very happy with the win. Thank you all for the comments, Iāll have to watch the full match to comment, but 3 points are more than welcome at this point and by the stats it seems that we deserved it and were the dominant ones. I feared the B team, but thankfully it turned out to be ok at the end.
Bring on Dortmund!
Saw the highlights to begin with⦠wow Bono⦠you legend!
I donāt like the fact that LDJ literally walks in not-so-big games. He doesnāt even move to tap in the rebound.
Maybe we should try to use him in a support mode, a dummy striker and provide Munir as the Shadow striker.
I mean it wonāt hurt to tinker with the tactics.
I said similar on the podcast Jim.
Great podcast as usual, I thought you were both right about LDJ, first Chris that he should fight for his position and Ed that he needs Navas. But I was left with the impression he seemed to be playing in ādisinterestedā mode.
As for Papu he seems to be the conducter of the orchestra but going past defenders like Banega could never do, magnificent playmaker, no obvious weaknesses but looks tired after 60 minutes.
Diego Carlos I believe is underrated mainly because heās been eclipsed by KoundĆ© but remains very solid, despite his blunders which you can count on one hand. Vidal is playing very well and fighting for a place, or the club or a title but heās extremely implicated.
Sevilla are like an Apache attack helicopter if you think about it. They have 25 ways of killing the opposition but in any given situation they only need one to do the job.
Changing topic entirely, does anyone have an opinion on the YEN goal celebration last week?
The nan-nan-a-boo-boo I can dribble past you?
I canāt describe it but I quite like it, certainly wouldnāt mind if he did it 3 times every game.
Stick your thumbs in your ears, wave your fingers about and move your tongue left to right and make your face like youāre doing a Maori Haka. Not a pretty sight, but I quite like it.
