I feel our strategy ever since they scored was to take it to pens. Very poor from us but it feels that way to me. We relied on pens before to bail us out so we will see if we can reach them and get out of jail on them.

This is what forced positivity not based on facts and meaningless stats set you up for. We were laughing the other day with a Juve fan friend of mine who was telling me about fans in the Juventuz forum praising the stats of their player Arthur. Those were all meaningless stats because Arthur’s play mostly involves playing in their own half of midfield, passing around with his CB’s etc. - never going forward or risking, therefore his stats were all fake, totally shit player.

That was extremely disappointing. We really should be so much better than that. Outfought and outplayed by West Ham tonight and they deserve their win.
Big questions have to be asked now of Lope’s future. Season over and only top 4 to play for now. We’re going nowhere with Lope I’m afraid. He’s got to go.
