I’m loving the pressing from the lads tonight. Link up play looking sharp and fans in great voice too.
There is a rule of whether the defender goes for the player or the ball (within the area) to decide penalty. But I think that is overided when it’s the last or deepest player whether brought down by accident or intention.

If you make an attempt for the ball inside the area it’s a yellow. Only a red if you for example hack the guy down without going for the ball.

I was thinking the same. Some players though … they complain about the knocks and the pain, others just get on with it. I think Ocampos. Martial and Tecatito are in the first category.
