I’m still seeing Lope ball, the players have been Lo(pe)botomized, they prefer a throw in to a forward ball, it’s just brainwashed into them and there’s the problem and the solution is not cure but replacement.
The midfield, namely Jordan and Rakitic, should be replaced with some attack minded players and we’ll see another version of Sevilla, it really isn’t that we can’t score we just can’t get positions to score with all the negativity.
Come on Sampaoli, it’s your job.
Another win and at least we are having a run in the cup to boost some morale. We still struggling but a wins a win. Hopefully can take that confidence into Cadiz game.
Away days will always be difficult, especially with our current form. Glad to see us score from open play, and keep a clean sheet for once. Bade has been a cool head at the back so far, we seen a full match from Rekik, and Nianzou was actually taking good touches once he came on.
We need to look at things one game at a time, cause Sampaoli is very limited with his options. Having said that, welcome back Ocampos!

Win is a win even if it’s an unconvincing one and against lower league opposition again.
We’ll take them any way they come right now and should hopefully give us some confidence going into two massive games against Cadiz and Elche.
And into the quarter finals of the cup, who knows what could happen!
Your work has been cut out for you when you have a full squad of lopetomized players and Suso and Jordan as starters. If anything Ocampos should provide some spark with Lamela, YEN will probably find the target 1 out of 10 times provided he gets 10 tries.
