Even though the players are having a disastrous form, and some of them are clearly not fit for modern football and the physical capabilities that it requires - I still haven’t seen a manager that uses such poor tactics to under-utilize almost every player, in a long, long time.

We have crossed the rubicorn and this squad just isn’t good enough.
I’d hardly keep any of them in the summer. We need another complete squad overall where we sign 11-12 or so new players and set up another era of players.
We have to get by this season but after that big changes are needed at the club.
Best way to fully clean the team is to demote. Maybe that will finally be what the board needs to see it.
It’s either that or a change of the clubs hierarchy.
We have stuck with the same players, same predictable structure, same approach for far too long.
It is no wonder we are in the mess we in. It’s been lazy management from Castro and co. They sat on their arses for to long and now paying the price heavily.
I hope we can avoid relegation though as it still would be a disaster for the club. The whole just needs a rocket up their arse.

Even if we don’t have the money we can give more youth a chance. From our academy or scout other clubs and get some some young talented players for cheap. Like we used to do with Monchi in the past.
We have too many old and washed players here. We had 7 starting against PSV the other night. It is just not sustainable.

The fighting between del nido senior vs Castro and his son del nido junior is killing the club. There needs to be a resolution. All their egos and arrogance is harming this great club.
We just need a line drawn either way as to who will be the president long term so we can move on.
First of all, we didn’t deserve to lose and had the chances to win the game. The Pedrosa goal never should have been ruled out and VAR really is a total farce. Mallorca manage two shots all game and yet still beat us for their first home win of the season. So the defeat was harsh and hard to take.
All that said, we lack any quality in our attacking play and too many of our players are just not good enough. We only have ourselves to blame I’m afraid.
Alonso has got to go though. The man really is clueless. He brings Januzaj on for Luke when it obviously should have been Oliver and then waits until the last ten minutes to make any changes even though we were trailing. One of those changes being subbing an attacking threat in Pedrosa for Salas. He really has to be the worst manager I’ve ever seen at this club and if we don’t get rid soon I do fear he could relegate us.
Bring back Mendi or Caparrós maybe and get through this season and then a big rebuild of the club on and off the pitch is needed. If we don’t sort this, I do think Segunda football is a very real possibility. No fluke that we are down there again after last season. We are where we deserve to be I’m afraid and no one is big enough to go down as the club found out at the turn of the millennium and as the likes of Villarreal and Deportivo have both seen.
God can you imagine the press reports mocking us if we bring back Mendi after canning him a few months ago!
