Some shots of the game, Chris will have more and better shots, but a handful here including the ones after we shut down the joint.

Final rehearsal before we kick off the season next Friday vs Valencia. I don’t think this one game will change much for what our starting XI will look like to start the league. Perhaps something similar to the UEL final in June.

Nianzou has just been ruled out with an injury to his left hamstring. No indication for how long, but he’s likely to miss the first couple weeks. It’d be nice to see if Bade & Gattoni can co-exist at the back.

I’m sure most will hope to see Sow get his first minutes in a Sevilla shirt. He’s looking to be one of the more dynamic midfielders we’ve had in some time. Also, I’m curious whether Delaney can still earn himself a spot in the final roster.

We got quite the beatdown last time against Atletico that I’ll spare looking up the exact scoreline. Let’s at least have a nice Argentinian style friendly match, and hope they don’t whine about standard Montiel fouls all weekend.

Vamos Mi Sevilla !!

I noticed the graphic says 0400 HRS, which is Sevilla’s time zone (CET). Local start time in San Francisco is 1900H (PST) / 2100H (CST) / 2200H (EST). And for my folks in HKG, 1000H.

For the broadcast, the match is supposed to be available in YouTube, but i believe that will only be for those in Spain. Watching from home in NA, ESPN+ / TSN+ will show the game, similarly to the derby in midweek. Check your local listings or refer to Livesoccer DOT tv, which gives pretty good info on where to watch depending where you live. For other means, just holla. :innocent:

Edit: got the times wrong.

YEN and Acuña also not in the squad. Should I look into this?

I’d like to say no, but i’m worried over Tecatito myself. Let’s just pray Mendi is not looking to take risks in losing any more players to injury.

We are watching on YouTube. It is probably like last match in YT works in just Spain. VPN should work if you can’t find in other places.

It is really late :). We stayed up and I am dragging. Hopefully I can make it to halftime.

Dmitrovic with a fantastic triple save. We have been awful thus far

Nice saves there by Dmitrovic. Our defense is not helping him at all. Atletico is able to move the ball to the wings and be wide open. Ugly so far for us.

We’ve definitely picked it up. A couple of chances and a lot of possession in their half

Started to find our rhythm throughout that half, and quite enjoyed the pace of the game. I’m liking Pedrosa at LB. I pray he stays healthy.

I’m definitely looking at Atleti’s attack with jealous eyes. Ivan is no target man, so our crosses are less threatening.

Feel like Pedrosa is still a bit odd in his touches, but he got one good cross in that Ivan Romero wasn’t ready for.

Totally agree…I am not really sure what Romero brings to the table. He runs around a lot, but seems to be out of position often. He has decent speed, but his biggest handicap is that he is vertically challenged.

Pedrosa has impressed. With more time I think he could break into the starting rotation.

Dmitrovic had a great half. He made quite a few challenging saves.
