Winter 2023-24 - Sevilla FC Transfer Rumors

It sounds more like quantity over quality.

Some of these guys I not even heard of or hardly got any minutes at other clubs.

I’m skeptical they just doing let’s get so many players at once and hope it works.

It might work but it seems like a complete stab in the dark from orta, del nido Jr and Castro. We need players but it seems we going for anyone with a pulse! Lol

Yeah I agree. I hope I’m wrong and it all comes together. I just got that same feeling.

When it is so easy to get these players as no competition from others clubs and the current clubs want to let them go easy you start to wonder. We will see though.

Same as I said before. Our transfer windows are like it’s 2am in the night club. You’re getting desperate and only the fat ugly lasses are left available . :smiling_face_with_tear:

You can translate, or not. Vamos.

You’re right on the money on everything. Our problems are multi-layered, which will need many individuals to pull in the same direction. We don’t look like a team at all, and that was very evident against Athletic.

Couldn’t have said it better. Not to mention the players directly around the strikers have been lacklustre with their service. Navas & Acuña did their best to cover for our lack of creativity, and now their absence has made us that much worse. Juanlu is still learning the ropes, while Pedrosa, one of our few bright spots, gets damn near every goal of his chalked off.

Soumare has been tremendous in the midfield, but it seems to be him alone. As tough as it is to see Rakitic benched, it’s time we moved on, but Sow didn’t really show up to the party last game. We’ve waited half a season for him to take the mantle, so i just pray he finds his place. Also, Gudelj’s days in midfield should be over, cause he looked so lost out there. But out of our current starting CBs, he actually hasn’t been the worst one.

I share your sentiments on Dmi, but i think he’s slowly improving and getting more comfortable being out there. I don’t feel as worried as before, but he still needs more time and it’s a work in progress.

As for the new prospects, i trust Ajax’s academy more than most clubs, and the player is still only 18. At least he’s favouring game time over making the step up. And does this mean we’ll finally, at long last, and i cannot stress this enough, have a frickin left-winger???

This took me out! :joy: But i welcome any post you decide to write in German. Fairly easy to translate to English.

Finally the English media consider us ‘European giants’

Willing to give any new signings a chance. At least players are coming in and we need a younger squad.

Can understand the scepticism with our recruitment in recent seasons but hopefully these pay off.

I’d be tempted to sell Juanlu if the right offer comes in. For me he’s done a decent job but not sure he’s Real Madrid quality either.

whenever real gets brought up i always think about the time juanlu got cooked by martinelli.

hes still raw and needs development. i dont see him getting much playtime at real

He’s a little fellow at 5ft 5in but looks to be really good with his feet. Probably one for the future.

What about the others?

David Datro Fofana

Lucien Agoume

Bryan Gil (new rumor)

Hannibal Mejbri

???

Muzambo’s signing may be good for the future but doesn’t address any of the issues that we have in the main squad now.

Looking at the table, a couple of matches going wrong and we’re in a serious relegation battle until the end.

Roland Sallai of Freiburg added to the rumor list.

Rafa Mir has rejected the offer to go on loan to Wolfsburg and is still holding hopes re Valencia.

The guy is delusional. One of the worst strikers in Spanish football and still thinking highly of himself.

We’re lucky to get such loan offers for him.

I still haven’t heard a name, that I believe will guard us from potential demotion. They can be fun little players, but is this time to gamble a few more rounds?

Are we all gonna give them the 2-3 months time to adapt before we demand performances as well? Suddenly you are closer to the end.

Our instability and going over 5 coaches in a year and a bit hasn’t helped our pull.
Goodluck Orta keep digging.

Will they keep teasing with Pablo Fornals, like every year before this.
