Winter 2023-24 - Sevilla FC Transfer Rumors

“Alex Telles was great”…Great?, for me a disapointment. Only good in Fifa.

Ramos was good today…any chance we can sell him to Saudi to get some loot?

I don’t see him being interested in going to Saudi Arabia, especially after what he turned down.

Better than on this train wreck no?

I think that we need attackers, but I think that what Kounde and Carlos did for us when they were on the team is something we should be looking to recreate. Hard to predict a great partnership like that, but the stability they provided on defense was incredible.

100% but he is too poetic to go to Saudi. He will end his career in Sevilla

Not just those two. It was the combination of all of them, four pillars, each with there strengths and each playing a vital role. Fernando, Kounde, Diego Carlos and Bono.

I totally agree, but when we lost those two and Bono and Fernando remained we saw what they were able to provide.

According to Fabrizio

Olympique Marseille have now decided to leave the negotiations for Lucien Agoumé despite deal almost agreed last night.

Agoumé will not join OM as player’s doubt on final details changed club position.

:red_circle::white_circle: Sevilla can now close the deal with Inter to sign Agoumé on loan.

Fofana is an interesting choice. I’d never heard of him, looked him up, saw his stats, saw his position, started shaking my head. He is young and looks like he had success in Norway, but that hasn’t translated in the Premier League or Bundesliga thus far. Maybe I am missing something.

Looks like they want to bet on a few who have some potential and were able to reach big clubs, but nothing came out of them really. I don’t know enough about neither Agoume nor this Fofana and you almost have to be a real scout to follow them. I think it’s really hard to look for promise while being kinda desperate in the state that we are in, because we need direct reinforcement.

My gut says both are a bit too much in the hopeful spectrum, but if they loan them both I guess the risk is low and hope is part of what we need.

Atleast they know things have to be moved around, and preferably many, so up to Orta to shuffle well and find enough quality in the new players to atleast survive this season and if possible set us up as best we can for next one.

At least we’re signing younger players which is what we desperately need. In the past we always recruited unheard of players and made stars/big money out of them.
