I don’t see what the problem was, have Sevilla never heard of liposuction?
Monchi and Castro have lost the plot. We are doomed guys
If this whole storyline of “Ocampos deal might fall through” has you stressed today, this one may act as a counterbalance:
I would gladly take back Ocampos AND get Sadiq. Seems unlikely but I’ll keep praying
There’s a chance even Oscar Arias would have planned this transfer window better.
Chelsea have pulled out of the Aubameyang deal because he’s broken the mandibula, after violent house break-in. So Barca are desperate to cede him.
Alright that’s not good. Well in two hours he will be landing so, let’s see how the medicals go. Although knowing our medical staff, I don’t think we care.
It’s not optimal ofcourse, but if controlled well it shouldn’t affect his footballing career I’m reading about his Diabetes case when they found it out.
Also it will be a loan with option to buy, so we are not attached.
Ajax rejecting the 15m wanting a loan deal. We will probably agree to everything.
Hello everyone … new here. A couple general questions as a transfer deadline newbie. What are the most reputable sources for transfer news and rumors? I feel like every window I see us linked to 20 players via different outlets / reporters. Second, in what time zone does the market close? Is it at midnight in Spain or when the end of the latest time zone on Earth reaches 0:00?
Will let others answer, because I honestly don’t know, but @CalleEvangelista , welcome to the forum. Nice profile pic!
Yes, please fútbol gods, do us this one favor this transfer window.
Welcome to the forums @CalleEvangelista - hope you’ll enjoy it here!
The transfer window closes on 1st of September at 12 PM midnight in Spain. It’s 11 AM BST for England, but it will be again 12 PM CET or Spanish time. I believe it’s wherever it reaches 12 pm, although most of Europe has either the same timeline or not more than 1 hour difference.
If the clubs have reached an agreement for a transfer but need a bit more time to complete and submit the necessary documents, FIFA gives them an additional time of 2 hours to do that. However, the request for additional time has to be submitted at 9 PM max.
As for the rumor sites, I’ve lately used: Vamosmisevillafc, Fichajes.net, OrgulloBiri, Estadio Deportivo - as well as Twitter reports from many accounts. You can just search Sevilla fichajes on Google and a lot of results will come up. All of them are more or less the same - if you want 100% accuracy then follow Fabrizio Romano on Twitter. He will however not deal too much with rumors, rather with very possible transfers that are close to getting wrapped up or actual signings that officially happened, signed.
You know how his mandibula was broken?
Some thieves broke into his house, beat him, terrorized the place while his kids and his wife were there and stole a lot of cash and belongings. The family is extremely shocked and are already in the care of psychologists.
Does a transfer for him even make sense at this point? He’d most likely want to go back to England or something…
On a dark humor note - our rehabilitation center will take care of him in no time.
great, thanks! and thanks @RyanMoore for the welcome!
Best stand-up of all time ->>>>> Sevilla 2022-23 pre-season and transfer window.
The management should have their own show on Netflix.
Welcome @CalleEvangelista! Hope these last couple days of the transfer window don’t leave you too anxious.
For me, it’s mostly the Spanish papers (El Desmarque, Orgullo de Nervion) and a couple twitter accounts (AlbertoFlorenzo, TheAnalyzer). If any news come from outside of Spain, take them with a grain of salt, and check w/ local sources.
The next Sevilla AGM is going to be spicy
I presume that’s the case but just guessing without exact knowledge of the finances. Also there’s the question of places, I think we’re fully subscribed, Munir had to leave to permit one of the 2 new signings to come in.
So looks like no more signings without leavings.
Edit
Now I’m reading Ocampos is at the point of being loaned to Ajax.
