Hello, I have buy a ticket for Sevilla - Real Madrid because I saw that the date on calendar is 18 may at 18:00.
But after my payment, in the email there is that date and time is esteemed.
Usually in may, what’s time the game the Sevilla FC?
I have the flight at 22,30.
Thanks
It is far too early to say.
The game could take place any day between Friday 16th to Monday 19th.
The earliest time will be 1400 and the latest 2100 we will not know for sure until a couple of weeks before.
Only correction to Bryan is that often the match dates and times are set as far ahead as a month or so. Not sure if that is helpful for you (with apologies) hastily drawn match/flight plans.
Good luck.
If I have problems, can I resell it at the ticket office like season ticket holders? If so, how is it done?
No you will not be able to resell at the ticket office

Once the ticket has been purchased, it will only be exchanged or its value refunded in the event of cancellation of the event, in which case the purchaser may request a refund within 10 DAYS from the date of public announcement of the cancellation, in the manner specified by Sevilla FC, and presenting, in all cases, proof of purchase. In any case of refund, Sevilla FC will only refund the amount of the ticket and will not be responsible for any other expenses such as, by way of example and merely illustrative, hotels, travel, meals, subsistence allowances, etc.
If the period specified in the previous paragraph elapses without the BUYER having requested a refund of the amount corresponding to the purchases made, this will be understood as the BUYER’s waiver of the refund of any amounts that may be due to them. In no case will any refund be made beyond the established deadlines.
The inability of the BUYER to attend for reasons beyond the control of Sevilla FC and/or an error in making the purchase will not be valid reasons to request a refund of the price of the tickets.
