Sevilla FC Summer 2025/Winter 2026 Transfer Rumors

Apparantly we are signing Le Havre Captain, Sanganté.

Looks like good business to me. Just hoping he won’t end up in the same mold of the last time we signed a guy named Arouna.

Just wish we could have signed a center back in winter, given that we knew it was a matter of time before Azpi was injured again.

I really, REALLY worry about our defense when he’s not on the field. We’re one Nianzou injury away from being forced to rely on Kike Salas and Cardoso as our only center backs…

And now its been said that Kike Salas is injured and will be out for 2-3 weeks… Our best defender.. Jesus, whats wrong with these players getting injured constantly?

Just suffered a serious knee injury at the weekend. So looking like we bought another dud?

Sevilla needs Xavier Gozo from RSL. That kid is a rising star

If Sevilla are going to be plying their trade in Segunda next season, I’m more interested in who’s going out than in, and frankly that is half the squad.

Also, for the players who have agreed to come such as Sangante and Mercado, is there a relegation clause enabling them to void the transfer and stay put at their original clubs?

Quién es?

Have you guys seen this?

Academy guy that has been extended. A forward (mostly winger) that has made 4 La Liga appearances. His stats aren’t that impressive though.

If I recall correctly, we lost like 84 million last year. I have no idea how or why, but that was the reported number. I don’t see much of a way out of it, unless we sale the next messi for 200 million euros and then Castnido would find away to lose that too.

Sounds like the club is wasting money on a lot of unnecessary things, and not monetizing what they have properly

In the Lope era, we are 4th for 3 straight seasons but we still lost money every single season, partly due to 4th highest salary pay in La liga at that time, partly due to net transfer spending of combined 100M euros in 2019 & 20 summer, but our total revenue each season at that time is “only” around 200M max.
I guess the Board was thinking back then “some debt is fine cause we’re doing so well, we’ll renew the RSP and our revenue will grow”

And you know the rest, the covid crush us (& barca) harder than the rest of La liga because of the ambitious plan and an old squad.

We’re still paying for that, I don’t see the situation nowadays as just Del Nido Jr fault.
It’s the mismanagement of Del Nido Jr, Castro, the board and MONCHI.

For a moment, I thought you were making a joke adding to the thread about our worst transfers ever.

Fortunately he was only a loan but don’t recall him ever having a single noteworthy match while he was with us.

It is crazy that Lukebakio has scored just 1 goal for Benfica since he joined on deadline day, in comparison he has scored just as many for Sevilla this season

I have one, dude came on as a sub at 78 minutes in the Europa league final vs Benfica then got subbed off on 104 minutes and not because of injury. Probably still the only player to achieve that.

27 year old who played 23 matches for Pisa, no goals or assists but his role is a disruptor in midfield who breaks up play and pass it to more capable teammates. So I guess Mendy is gone?

I would imagine, especially if Luis Garcia is back.
