Latest i read on Juninho is that Flamengo might hijack the deal. Depends on the player now (and if Qarabag found our offer acceptable).

Looks like Rafa Mir may be returning to Sevilla. No one other than Baraja was convinced that his return to Valencia made sense. Now, Baraja has gone, Mir’s performance has been substandard (and he has the added baggage of the sexual assault allegations against him) and Valencia have added Umar Sadiq on loan, who looks like Mir’s replacement. There seems to be no point for either club in him continuing (he’s played a total of 67 minutes since August) so I’d assume the loan will shortly be terminated.

Stupid transfer. Any striker (even segunda division) is better than Iheanacho nowadays… but we need fucking defenders, especially CB and on flanks.

6 goals in 6 games in Champions League this year. Got 10 in 5 games in the Europa League last year. Don’t know if you’ll get much out of him other than physicality & long shots. Feels like another risk, but one with a better goal record than Iheanacho
