Another quick look at how some of our better prospects are getting on our own loan this season…
Alfonso Pastor (GK): 18 games, 11 goals conceded, 9 clean sheets for Castellon (3rd Tier).
Pedro Ortiz (CM) - Yet to play for Vizela in the Portuguese Primeira.
Antonio Zarzana (WG) - Played 3 games for Numancia so far in the 3rd tier having played 7 games for Maritimo in Portugal.
Luismi Cruz (AMC / WG) - 18 games, 2 goals, 4 assists for Barcelona B (3rd Tier).
Juanlu Sanchez (RB / RW) - 21 games, 1 goal, 1 assist for Mirandes (2nd Tier).
Interestingly what I note about Juanlu is that he started the season playing either RW, or as a Support Striker, with occasional games at LW. Then having been dropped to the bench for 4 games in October, he has played almost exclusively as a RB since he came back into the team in November.

Disappointing seeing Pedro not getting playing time. I always thought he was decent. Doesn’t Barcelona have a buy close on Luismi?

I’m not sure what is going on with Pedro Ortiz. He needs game time, not sure if he is injured or something.
Not sure on Luismi, but we should be keeping him, tidy little player in my opinion.
