Shend, footballers are human too. We don’t know everything going on in their lives. We can’t assume off one reaction that their heart is not in it. There could be many factors why a player isn’t expressing that same joy with their teammates.

I get your point, but when you’re on the pitch as a player wearing this shirt, you have to be 100% with the club no matter what.
I’m willing to believe (it’s always that in these cases) it’s because they are not getting much or any play time from LGP.
It’s totally disrespectful to the fans and to the club to not celebrate with your teammates, and even much more when you act nonchalantly after your teammate scores the WINNING goal in a tight match.

Look, i don’t need extra reasons to dislike Alfon. The fan in me wants him & Vargas gone yesterday. But they on the team, so i back them till the end, and give them the benefit of the doubt.
Maybe it’s just how i look at things, but i chalk those off to them wanting to focus on their ability to add to the team. Like when you say they could be mad over playing time, it might be personal to them in terms of the longevity of their careers.
But i don’t want to disregard your observation, because that can most likely be the case.
And just to comment on that, a guy like Isaac Romero who is almost universially hated or disrespected by the fanbase ALWAYS celebrates us winning or scoring, even though he didnt came on or had very little impact. Ultimate team player 
For Isaac’s case specifically, I think it’s just tough love. He’s of the ones we want to succeed the most. Nobody will forget the feeling he gave us when he broke thru. Now it feels he just gets more yellow cards than goals.

I watched several times and I’m missing something I guess? There were several players and coaches/team staff just walking around not celebrating. A 15 second clip can change your opinion of a player like that?
