Problem replying to posts on Mobile (NOT PC)

I was made aware of an issue where users couldn’t post replies. After troubleshooting I figured out that the issue is isolated to mobile device users. You can post on a PC.

I have a support ticket into Discourse for some help as I can’t figure out why there is a difference.
