Looked a pretty strong lineup considering the game. Guridi making an appearance in midfield and Sangante in defence.
Didn’t find a stream (didn’t really look…) so no clue have much rust was needed to shake off the players. No Jordan og Nianzou on the bench, so there’s that.

No real chances so far, but Sevilla have eased into the game. Sangante setting the tempo from the back. Peque having nice touches in the final 3rd. We’re often trying to find Isaac, but can’t find an open shot.

36’ - Sierra on setpiece duties. Delivers cross for Salas who hits the top of the bar.
37’ - Cracovia counter leads to cross to far post, but timely intervention from Sangante to prevent open man from a tap-in.

40’ - Sierra dribbles inside to sell the cross, nearly fools the GK and hitting the near post. He’s been the most active since going down 1-0.

Halftime.
It’s been all Sierra for that last 15 minutes. Taking on defenders, making quick plays off the 1st touch, and looking for chances to shoot when around the box. Can’t say the same on the other wing, as Castillo has been pretty anonymous. It’s been quiet for Guridi, still finding his footing in this midfield, and letting Agoume control most of the possession.

55’ - A bit of a skirmish here as the rain is pouring now. Castillo might have swung at a player closing him down, which led to pushing, then Castillo falling down holding his face, both teams getting involved, blah blah… A yellow card to each player and we move on.

80’ - Header from a Cracovia freekick leads to point blank save from Flores, followed by a save off the line by Ibra after ball bounced around in the box. Still 1-0.

84’ - Oso red card. Throw-in didn’t go his way, and decides to punt the ball furiously at the advert boards. Ref wasn’t having it and gave him a straight red. I’m speechless.

86’ - Match has been quite fiesty this 2nd half. Some more pushing after a foul leads to teams rushing each other again. A couple yellow cards given, and it’s calmed down again.

Dying moments as a cross from Carmona finds Jesus Cruz at the far post, but his header is saved by the GK on the line. Ref whistles the end exactly at the 90th minute mark. Game over.
