played their hearts out is one thing, players ability is another thing.
Maybe Lopo is a great coach but highly depends on 2 fast full back and a Banega to be success,
but it doesnā€™t change the fact that this team (or just Lopo) just doesnā€™t know how to create chances.

Season started: Maybe we can be a dark horse and even maybe try to run for the title
Then it went to: Barcelona and Madrid are pretty shit right now, maybe we can grab second
Then it went to: Maybe third place?
And of course, alright, maybe we can get to the final of the Copa del Rey.
Now, maybe we can hold onto fourth?

Donā€™t get me wrong, I still think Lopo is one of the best coach weā€™ve ever had.
(for me heā€™s a better coach than Emery for sure)
If itā€™s Emery or someone else, I think we will be floating around 5th or 6th with crappy defense.
But his style of play definitely isnā€™t exiting (at least this season),
he needs to improve on his offensive game if he ever wants to coach big teams again.

Great ball by Acuna. Look you canā€™t get pissed at De Jong. Thatā€™s how he scores and you didnā€™t do that until the 90th minute. You didnā€™t give him any crosses until here.

Fair point I guess. Will the resting really help against Dortmund though? Sancho absolutely took it to Kounde last game, and Diego Carlos was a mess in the first leg as well.
