statement from Biris Norte
" Sevillistas, we’re speaking to you: to those of you who will be at the Sánchez-Pizjuán for these next two matches, and to those who, even if distance prevents you from being there in person, will be cheering us on with all your heart from wherever you are. Because right now there is no far or near; there are no excuses or differences. Right now there is only Sevilla Fútbol Club and its people."
The situation is critical. We all know it. The debacle is approaching, and the abyss is there, right in front of us, staring us in the face.
This is where years of shame, incompetence, and betrayal by an unworthy board and a president who was never worthy of this badge have led us. They are responsible and will pay for it, one way or another, because no one destroys the dreams of a club like this without facing the consequences forever.
Our club is dying and needs its people. It needs us to return to what is purest, most primal, to that which knows nothing of rankings or boards of directors: to the irrational love for our colors; to that passion we inherited from our parents and grandparents; to that pride that waited all week to enter Nervión hand in hand with its fans, seeing the stadium as the place where anything is possible.
Therein lies the strength. Therein lies the truth.
Two matches, two battles await us. And battles aren’t won by those who wait; they’re won by those willing to give their all. So, whoever wears the jersey, tie your scarf tight, grit your teeth, and don’t give up the fight. Cheer until your last breath, until your voice breaks, support the team when fear grips you.
And if they have no legs, we will have our voices. If they have no soul, we will lend it to them from the stands.
Anyone who is not willing to do this should step aside; they should remain in their virtual world fighting against nothing, but they should not get in the way.
Because in Nervión, there are no clichés. Matches have been won here from the stands. Giants of Europe have been shaken here. The most powerful have fallen here because they understood too late that in this stadium, you don’t play: you survive.
Here the shirt weighs heavily, here the badge pushes, here the people press until they suffocate the rival.
Let no one forget who we are.
We are children of a vast history. We are heirs to struggles, falls, and resurrections. We are a fanbase that has known glory, but also the depths of despair. And that is precisely why we know how to rise again.
Because this club doesn’t belong to offices or cowards.
And if the end comes in the form of a debacle, may it find us standing. May it find us fighting and proud of it. May it find us being what we always were.
Willing to die in order to continue living.
Now more than ever: Sevilla, above all else ."
