lol Nianzou has quite an afternoon with 2 half chances, terrible marking for the goal and then getting red carded all before 40 minutes, sums up his time here.
If Sevilla lose today they will be two points off 18th, Alaves and Mallorca are on the same points but better goal difference by 1 and 2 respectively.
Guess we might become the Tottenham of La Liga.

It’s not the first time he lets the team down and goes out in critical moments. Not even aggressive tackles or anything just poor judgement. That’s mostly due to low IQ of football.

There wasn’t a defender there, but there would have been. There was no clear path if that is what he was calling. Just a terrible call.

Unfortunately the last defender fouling an attacker that about to go 1 on 1 is a straight red according to rule, even if it’s unintentional and dumb like Nianzou.

Bayern must be laughing their way to the bank with the money they make from selling mediocre players, Nianzou, Tel and Zirkzee were all sold for decent sums and only Zirkzee has anything to show for it.

This is it, folks. We need every reverse-jinx, every christmas- and/or easter-miracle, every wish upon a shooting star and every birthday wish to save us. The players aren’t going to, so only a higher power will secure us another spot in the top flight. This is an absolute disaster.

They probably even knew about him being very prone to injuries - but kept quiet. We pay the price, as always - for not doing proper due dilligence.

La Liga know that Castro and co. are a cancer to the club so are doing every bid to kick us down and get rid of them for good.
On a positive note, if the club do go down and clear most of the dross (i.e half of the squad) I might be arsed to try my hand at the next installment of Football Manager.

I said it for time this was coming. No club is too big to go down. Everything is wrong with our club right now.
The only thing we had left is the Sevilla fighting spirit but even that can fade when there is so much wrong.
Castro, Junior and the families have ruined this club. They couldn’t run a bath. Our debt is crazy and if the worst happens we could end up in bankruptcy.
We have to hope for some divine intervention either this 2nd half or rest of season. I’m not sure there is 3 worse teams this time but I hope there is.
Let’s hope for some fight but these players have been done dirty. Managerial instability, board room instability, fans at odds and no money. We just have to pray now. This is the worst we ever been in 21st century.

A nightmare first half.
Nianzou had a disaster and has left us in the mire. Poor marking from him for the first goal and a costly error for the red card. He is a liability I’m afraid.
We face an uphill battle to get back into this game and yes survive.

The only thing I’m clinging too is sometimes when we think it all over we pull something out against the odds.
Have to hope it stays 1-0 and they get nervous. Maybe we can steal a draw which be huge. I probably in hopium mode though.

Worse than you? On recent form at the moment only Espanyol and Elche.
Espanyol have 0 wins, 5 draws, 8 defeats this year.
Elche 1-4-8.
Sevilla 2-5-5 before today.
Levante, the other in the relegation mix is 4-4-6.
Espanyol is the only one of your remaining fixtures I’d put money on you winning, but Espanyol have enough of a points cushion to be safe and Oviedo did so badly early on that they’re sunk. So it’s a case of hoping Elche and Levante are worse than you as Alaves and Mallorca seem to have enough in the tank. Today was absolutely must win and you need a big comeback.
Incidentally, Nianzou is a contender for worst Sevilla signing since Ronny Lopes.
