La Liga 25/26 - Matchday 2 - Sevilla FC vs Getafe

Idumbo and Januzaj out until at least September from muscle injuries. Hopefully this doesn’t prevent us from moving Januzaj.

The first game in a kind run where Sevilla play Getafe followed by Girona and Elche. If they want some points on the board this is the perfect place to start. Typical horrible kick off time so I’ll just keep my fingers crossed in my sleep.

It make or break already. We need points in these type of games or we in serious trouble.

If we keep lukebakio and get 1 decent player in I think we stay up. If not and we lose Lukebakio we might go. These type of games decide it too. Alaves away as well.

At least I can see the front four creating some danger, but I am quite nervous. Playing at home against a team that will probably (hopefully?) be a direct competitor regarding a middle place finish. This is the kinda game we will look back on and say: ‘we should have won that’, but it is in no way given we will…

We are 3 wins, 4 losses, and 5 draws win Vargas plays. I think we win today! We have to do it early though, because that bench is something scary.

The hope comes from vargas and lukebakio. Our wingers our best players because the rest of the team is pretty poor or average at best.

We have to hope they perform and vargas is match fit too.

Bordalas will have them organised they and solid in defence and midfield. They have uche up front for his last game. We have to watch his pace.

It will be close. We have the wingers to try get a result or win but worry about that defence and central midfield too.

Hopefully lukebakio isn’t leaving. If he is though I hope he not distracted tonight by the AC Milan director in box. We need him to perform.

I really think there’s very little excitement factors to even consider playing for Ac Milan.

Pathetic club all over.

What a pass that was to find Lukebakio who couldn’t find the shot.

Then Juanlu with the best opportunity so far from a great touch by Lukebakio. Just wide!

I wanted that shot from JuanLu to sneak its way in. Totally unexpected.

Adams looks like a proper striker, finding a shot when Issac would have no chance.

Carmona with a mistake (surprise) leading to their first chance. Juanlu tracks back to force the corner.

Come on. Need better from Nyland

Fuck! Deflected goal, visitors go up 0-1. How many of those types of goals did we concede last year?

Doesn’t Nyland look kinda miserable? Has he been told this is his last game or something..?
