Results and performances in the last 3 games say that the problem wasn’t the coach, it’s that the players are underperforming (don’t know what the heck Nyland was doing) and look mentally shot. You’re lucky you got enough points before Christmas. Also, I watched Las Palmas yesterday and they are worse and won’t overhaul a 6-point gap with 4 games left. So a reprieve, for now, but Sevilla board needs to sort its stuff out in the summer and get reasonable reinforcements otherwise a repeat next year is inevitable.

The key is to be at least still 6 points more than Las Palmas or leganes by our last 2 games.
As we got Real Madrid and Villarreal last 2 games.
We need to get something against celta ideally to take pressure off Las Palmas game.
We can’t afford either to get within say 3 points off us for last 2 games as I fear we won’t get anything in last 2 games.
Las Palmas are up and down but Valencia who they lost to are good right now. Las Palmas beat Atleti and getafe though.
The next round of fixtures are crucial. We can’t allow to gap to close to 3 points. I hope Rayo and espanyol help us out.
As if it goes to 3 we probably need to beat Las Palmas. A draw is okay though if we still 6 clear by that game.
These next 2 match rounds are crucial as to wrapping up safety or we get dragged in right to the death and with our 2 last games. I pray it over before Real Madrid game.

He might have missed big chances but at least he worries defences. He pulls players towards him and frees up space for others.
His goals have dried up but he still a constant threat. We cannot forget what he done this season because he will be one of the main reasons we secure our survival should we stay up.
I got to credit dmitrovic who had a very good game for leganes.

Yeah Dmitrovic had an almost perfect match, which goes to show that even a broken clock is right 2 times a day.
But there’s also truth in that even a decent player will become weaker once surrounded by pathetic players. That’s the fate of Lukebakio this season.
He’s still the best in our team though.
