First half I thought we grew into it. Started slowly and Nyland should have done better for their goal.
Nice header from Salas though and we started to get on top after that.
Suso had a great first half. Easily our most creative player and we certainly were missing him under Pimienta.
Hoping we can get the goal needed for a win now in the second half!

We been the better team overall. Only 1 team trying to win it and creating chances at the end of half. If we keep up the intensity we can win this.
We just need to be patient and do nothing silly at back. More chances will come but got to be clinical. This is a huge 45 mins because it will relieve the stress from remaining games if we can win this.

Got better as the half progressed, but i’d like to see us take better care of the ball in Leganes’ half. We have ball players in Suso & Peque up there who can link up and create space for teammates, and we’re not capitalizing on that.
Pascual has been a nuisance to his defenders and holds the ball up well. But as i mentioned, better decision making needed with the moves we make in the final third, and we could get him some chances as well.
I need Juanlu in the 2nd half. It’s risky cause he doesn’t defend better than Carmona, who was already struggling with Duk. But Juanlu simply offers better right-wing play with Suso.

Suso praise is always music to my ears. But with all due respect, this is a direct reflection of us lacking a playmaker. Suso was decent, but he also could have played better.
And Suso, get your trademark shot on the fxxkin target! Damn!!

I agree.
Suso stands out as he is the closest thing we have to a playmaker apart from Peque who clearly isn’t the finished product.
Hope we see more of them in the second half and for Peque to be more clinical in front of goal as he had the chances.

I was just about to write that only a goal would save Isaac’s face as he has been utterly terrible since coming in, even worse than Saul for 45 mins in the first half.
