Attack gave prime Barca vibes, defense is totally shit.
Total imbalance in the team. This is when you have pathetic low IQ players like Gudelj and Marcao.
Bade totally off form… Sell him instead of Lukebakio and field Salas as CB ffs
whenever you start trying to park the bus you lose, its not an effective strategy, maybe it is for a couple minutes but when you refuse to play for half an hour

I don’t understand how someone that gets paid to coach for a living doesn’t know this.

Can’t really trust GP after this. He fielded Marcao, total lack of balls. And instructed the team to stop playing, trying to “keep” the result.
GP wouldn’t succeed even with a Barca-RM squad combined because he’s a low IQ imbecile, that’s all.
Kudos to Isaac, Juanlu, Lukebakio (who the criminal management is trying to sell), and to the goalie.

A club is doomed and cannot be taken seriously when Gudelj is its captain.
Yes gutting to lose when 3-1 up but there’s a reason why they have won nine games in a row and hot on the heels of Real and Barca.
Hopefully get three points in an important game at home to Celta on Saturday.

A cracker of a match but we just didn’t do enough in the last 30 mins. We sat back and we tired. Atleti kept going and got their rewards.
Still it encouraging how clinical our attackers are when we get a chance. We did not have many but took them well.
We are good going forward and Dodi was awesome again. However, the defence is still a soft touch and was exposed.
It is a shame but we still okay in mid table. Got to beat Celta now as we away to Real Madrid before Christmas break. Big game next week to just make sure we don’t get dragged back into trouble at bottom.

They showed to everyone they serious title contenders to Real Madrid and Barca. A 3 horse race this season which is exciting for league.
Plenty of positives for Sevilla though and I think we will be fine. A bit of pressure next weekend but hopefully we can best Celta. Vamos!

Thought we played well after a nervy 1st ten mins or so. Atleti were as guilty as we are on giving away the ball and the crowd were getting on their back a bit.
A nice come back to 1-2 after going 1 down, shows that we can play when we put our mind to it. Gettng the 3rd should have secured the game for us, but for some reason we then sat back and invited wave after wave of attacks and everyone but mr p could see that it was only a matter of when, not if Atletic were going to score again.
Great to see Isaac end his goal drought, let’s hope there are many more to come.
Can someone please get word to mr p that Gudelj is not and will never be a centre back, his position is in midfield.

Ok now with a clearer head today… it was an emotional rollercoaster.
From impending humiliation (when Simeone makes that hand gesture it’s sometimes a sign) after their goal, to us scoring 3 and looking like prime Barca (2008-09 season), to totally crumbling in the end due to poor decisions from GP and the defense’s weak mentality.
There are good signs, but especially because of the mentality, ball-less coach and weak defense - not enough to hope for something better.
Take the economic situation and the imbecile management into account, and there’s really not much hope for the future with these people at helm.
So… we will most likely be fed with some good attacking performances now and then, and that’s it. I’m talking about the next at least… 5 seasons or more.
Survival in La Liga will be the main objective.
Unless… something drastic changes and we get to live in the glory days again.
So I will not go much into analyzing the players or anything because next thing you know they’ll be sold. I don’t trust this management - they are endangering the club’s existence with their stupidity.
With that said, I am proud with boys like Isaac, Juanlu, Salas (contributed in 1 goal and 1 conceded in the end, so it’s 50-50), Lukebakio, Agoume, Sow… The goalie had a very good game.
I expected much more from others like Bade, Saul, Peque (that pass was beautiful though). Can’t expect anything from a shitface like Gudelj who happens to be our captain unfortunately. He is very low IQ and his defensive positioning was disastrous all night, just like in every other game. Maybe don’t consider him a CB? Or not field him at all?
I also still don’t trust GP - a long way to go to gain my trust as a capable and brave coach who doesn’t make amateur-ish mistakes.
