La Liga 24/25 - Matchday 11 - Sevilla FC at Espanyol

Not just the goals but Lukebakio was everywhere on the pitch. Working hard to win it back and he just makes things happen.

The whole team was very good as well. Really impressive. Great defending by us, controlled the midfield and then clinical up front.

Vamos!

I agree with Tim, we are still shaky in defense and Espanyol looked like they could punish us at times.

However, the attacking play has been awesome in the first half. If Dodi keeps playing like this and being this effective, he’ll be unstoppable!

With all due respect to Ejuke - but I think the game is flowing much better without him. He was holding up play almost all the time, and often unnecessarily.

I believe he should be a sub and come in only in the 70+ mins mark of the second halves.

Stanis and Sambi… Amazing!

@Edinho we discussed about Juanlu previously. You see his impact?

I strongly believe he is light years ahead of Carmona in every aspect and contributes much more in the game.

GP seems to have fielded him nicely tonight.

Sevilla have played with maximum efficiency, not much effort for a two goal lead. Strolling it, but they’ll come under pressure at some point in the second half. I can’t imagine the best tactical half-time talk from the manager.

I’m at work so i didn’t really watch the 1st half. Luckily, God’s timing allowed to catch both of Dodi’s goals. This man is on fire!!

I got a bit of down time, so i should be able to watch most of the 2nd.

I will get back to you once i rewatch tonight. I can’t make a fair assessment. Just know, i’m sticking to my guns. :cowboy_hat_face:

Nyland injured, Alvaro Fernandez has to sub on. So unfortunate, we can’t catch a break

Let’s see what Alvaro is made of

Barco about to get in

Why is Stanis out?

The fuck?

Nyland has played very well today, really unfortunate, but fortunately he is able to walk off. Alvaro the former Espanyol man to replace him.

Nyland down, he’s a bit dizzy, Espanyol with a series of corners and more pressure, now is the time to battle with a gritty performance, on the other hand a third goal would stitch it up for Sevilla.

Barco! Let’s go
