Tracking with one of the most consequential loans for the future of Sevilla FC in a thread of its own, which will surely tally hundreds and hundreds of posts in coming months.
If you’re gonna troll, better troll right, @Edinho
PS - I must admit, I troll Rafa at my own peril. Valencia has a way of reviving the career of even the dumpiest discarded players. But I think I’ve seen enough Rafa Mir that there’s no revival on the horizon. The fact that his option clause is only 5m speaks volumes even about management’s confidence in his revival chances
He’s a decent striker, now with a point to prove. I won’t say he’s gonna win 149 match-MVP awards like Isco “Monchislappedme” Alarcón, but he might get him a cute lil 10 goals this season. Valencia is a sorry team anyway, but the Mestalla will hype it no matter what.
In front of the gate is one…but, i will never understand, why such a footballer with this limited technical skills, become one time the chance to play in La Liga.
Co-worker of mine was a pro in the Eredivisie. He said that, to become pro, knowing the right people is more important than being actually skilled. He told some funny stories about completely worthless players getting (for the club) top-tier contracts/transfers while the entire main team is like “this dude is worse than half our u19 squad”.
