Sevilla’s 2024-25 kits have leaked. Thoughts?
Are we fucking Atletico Madrid? That first one is terrible.
Makes you question the accuracy when they are using a shirt sponsor that we haven’t used in a year.
Sadly footy generally tends to be fairly accurate with us. But these are pretty terrible
This would be the first year that I’m not happy with Castore’s designs.
The white isn’t all that bad, but the red is tough on the eyes.
away is brutal, home is boring. same old, same old.
Don’t think this is real. Valvoline hasn’t been our sponsor in over a year too. I can’t imagine a legit mockup company would submit designs with old-ass sponsors.
Well, the kits were just announced, and the leaks were correct. The red kit is rough this year, but the 3rd kit is pretty good!
I dislike the home and away, they look too similar to last season’s kits and are a lazy effort.
The third kit is a bit more striking. I like the gold crest on the black and red, however I don’t like how a lot of modern kits have a large, plain back now, it feels like you have to get a name and number just to hide it. Why pay €80 for half a shirt?
JD logo obnoxious again. It really annoys me when the sponsor don’t adjust their colorway to fit the jersey’s.
The third kit is growing on me.
I can at least appreciate the home jersey and the fact that the pattern is inspired by the tiling on the mural outside the stadium. 3rd kit is probably my favorite, but I am ready to move on to a company that is willing to invest some time into giving us a kit that isn’t generic and has meaning behind the design.
It’s so light, I can’t see it though.
Oh I know, it just warms my heart knowing that it’s there. Hopefully we will see a big fat NO8DO on the front of it to spice it up a bit.
The real question is will we have a shirt sponsor this year?
Del Nido Bailbonds I think is the rumor.
It truly is a marvel that the team would go an entire season without ever selling that real estate. It’s basically free money. That’s the kind of thing that to me just screams that there most be some major dysfunction in the management of the club. I mean, here’s the discussion any normal club might have six weeks into the season:
“Hey board members/presidente, I know you had views on the right image for the club and the right price point, but we clearly haven’t found the right fit or the right price point, so can we agree that something is better than 0€?”
And while any business can struggle to find shareholder/board member/leadership agreement for a while, and sometimes a bad boss can mean it takes much more work than expected to seal the deal, the idea that a cash strapped club couldn’t find agreement to do ANYTHING with that real estate just beggars belief.
We really, really better see something on that front soon or I’m going to start saving my spare change to buy this club because it’s clearly going to be a dumpster fire of a year again in the front office.
I just remember our Guadalajara conversation and I’m banging my head here.
