We really shouldn’t look at anything from this match. We approached this like we were the ones with European football midweek. I actually don’t mind the approach. Throw this away, concentrate on getting healthy and getting folks back and win those more important ones coming up. ---

This defense is one of the worst in the history of Sevilla. Tragic defense that needs to be fined at least 100k each after this shameful performance. Especially the pathetic Castrin Salas duo ---

Shameful performance. Out of 3 matches with top 3 clubs, our beloved team only played seriously and gave it their all in one half vs. Barca. That’s it. All of the players and LGP need slaps in both their cheeks by all the Sevillistas around the world. Hard slaps that is! ---

I honestly turned this game off after the penalty. La Liga can be so embarrassing to watch. I agree with @ChrisLail about having fringe players in for this game, as the more important ones are to come. Playing Vargas to hopefully get more suitors in the shop window; starting Peque to see if he can add anything to an already struggling attack; and keeping Sangante on the bench to not rush him back. We def could’ve got something from this game, but too many bad performances (ref included) to make that a possibility. Osasuna, Getafe & Alaves are all teams we are competing with, and hopefully we get to extend the gap between us and them. We have a team that has a lot of room to grow, and i like what García Plaza is doing so far. The Big 3 are out of the way for this half of the season. Time for us to stand up to the rest of these teams and grab the points we deserve. 😤 ---

I mean you were probably going to lose anyway, but would have had a bit more of a chance against 10 men. As it is, no chance against 12 men. Interesting to know that elbowing someone in the face is cool as long as you play for the big two.
