Piss poor… too harsh to judge him like this for the minutes he had. But he looked lost and scared on the pitch. Had a chance to shoot… turns out, chicken shot!
Not sure why we didn’t adjust to putting Lukebakio in the 9 spot and giving Idumbo or Ejuke or Suso the run from the start. Peque just doesn’t provide anything.

I think this team could take off, it needs more spent in the weak spots but it has a lot going for it.
Badé has gone from zero to hero in the space of days.
I think Idumbo had to play with SAT for some reason.

Disappointing to draw this one against a side who had only managed one point away before this game. We had the chances to win, so two points dropped. Two successive draws at home against teams in the relegation zone. A shame that we couldn’t build on the Girona win last week and a missed opportunity to get in and amongst the European spots.
That said, I guess five points from nine isn’t so bad and at least we didn’t lose and keep our unbeaten run going.
Frustrating though.

I’ve seen those replays on twitter and there was another clear penalty on 68 minutes. Lukebakio shoots and the goalkeeper pushes the ball out and from behind the goal the images show (clearly) the ball hits an outstretched arm and drops dead for Espanyol to clear the danger.
The 3 points were robbed based on the decisions.
