Looking at the overall La Liga level, it is obvious that the level has dropped a lot in the recent seasons.
We literally have an at least 7th place squad on paper and it is being sabotaged by abysmal coaching.

The patience of football fans is second to none. Yes, it was a horror show in the second half, but so far LGP has responded well. These flukes will happen. It becomes a crisis if it happens too often.

A lot of amateur mistakes made on that pitch today. Sure, LGP could have made changes sooner, but those goals we gave up were so cheap. Had we played at least the first 10 minutes like we ended the 1st half, we would be on top. Getafe showed up like part-timers to this game and won the game with little effort. Embarrassing 2nd half display.
Need that Int’l break asap.

It’s unbelievable, the linesman raises his flag and doesn’t blow a whistle, leaving the players standing still. Another one of those cuckold referees. They wouldn’t hesitate a second to blow it against us. I’m fed up with being robbed every time.

This is absolutely correct. But they kept playing and we didnt. We lacked intensity here massively, we played Ure and Stassin together and couldnt service either of them, we took off Fofana who played well, Suazo was absent in that second half and Felix Correia made decent opportunities but I think id trust Odysseas finishing more in a 1 on 1. What is happening on the training ground to see this absolute lack of intensity and passion, to have such passiveness. The manager was backed with reinforcements in the window. We need to show some fucking energy.

I’m not going to lose my head over this game. It was an awful 2nd half and ref didn’t help.
However, we had a great start to season and we played well first half. We just need to make sure we respond at home to alaves. Our home form been much better this season so hope it continues. We still in much better place compared to last 3 seasons. Vamos!

I agree mate. I didn’t see the game and it’s disappointing to lose after being 1-0 up with just over 20 minutes to go.
However it’s important we stay measured and have a sense of perspective. Getafe is a tough place to go and we have still made a strong start to the season. Games like today happen. We are in a much better position than we have been the last few years.
Hopefully we can bounce back on Friday at home to Alaves.
