First I adore Guridiās overall way of playing. He is both a CM when we have the ball and a DM when we donāt have it. Lots of stamina, good positioning and the only bad thing is that he will probably get a yellow every match as he likes to tackle (both standing and sliding). This time he got it too early maybe that is something he should be careful in the future but heās our best player so far.
The team is not playing bad, but I think we will have a better second half for 2 reasons:
- I believe LGP will sort the tactics and have the team play better as they clearly donāt know what to do with the player advantage, it seemed quite weird. We should get another goal or two as we are better than Bilbao today in all aspects.
Also it is normal that the team is not linking quite well up front as there are a lot of new faces and they still donāt know each otherās play style, positioning etc. Plus we have a newcomer on the bench and may have 1-2 more signings until the end of the window.
Second reason is that Bilbao gave it all to try and draw the score. They used a ton of energy, which I donāt think will be sustainable in the second half, so letās see.

We are battling well! We are a man ahead but it still a tough match. We still need to do more going forward but managing the game well.
If we can win this and get 2 wins from 2 it would be massive. It will give the club a massive lift!
They put a lot of energy into that. Letās hope we can expose their tiredness 2nd half.
